Well, they say that everything is bigger and better in Texas.
While I’m not the one to judge that statement in its entirety, I’d definitely say it was the case for RetailNOW® 2016. There was a BIG screen in the Opening General Session, bigger names headlining on our main stage, a bigger crowd of first time attendees (450+), and from the surveys and other feedback we’ve received, the show continues to get better and better.
I challenged those that were with us to “Disrupt and Deliver.” To seek to understand your customers’ pain points, find solutions to help alleviate them, and then execute like crazy. I realize that is a tall order, but it’s one that is necessary for the survival of your customers and your own business. It’s the same advice we take to heart at RSPA.
