CEO of Montreal-based TrackTik Software is the visionary behind the company’s breakthrough technology that is transforming the physical security industry
Simon Ferragne, CEO of Montreal-based TrackTik Software Inc., has been named a Top 10 under 40 security leader by Canadian Security Magazine. An industry visionary, Ferragne is recognized for reinventing the way security firms globally operate by developing breakthrough technology that is transforming the physical security industry worldwide.
The first Top 10 under 40 initiative of its kind, Canadian Security Magazine launched the annual award program to recognize passionate Canadian security professionals under the age of 40 who are making a difference in the community.
“Canadian Security Magazine’s annual Top 10 under 40 recognizes some of the best young talent working in the security industry today,” said Neil Sutton, Editor of Canadian Security Magazine, in announcing the winners. “Ambitious, hard-working young people like this year’s winners are helping to transform security and lead us into the future.”
All 10 award winners will be featured in the spring 2019 issue of Canadian Security Magazine, available in May.
Ferragne, who launched TrackTik just over five short years ago, identified a gap in the physical security space and created game-changing security workforce management software to fill it. In so doing, he has disrupted the way hundreds of security organizations, servicing hundreds of thousands of facilities across the globe, manage their workforce, enabling them to perform at unprecedented levels of intelligence and efficiency.
TrackTik’s rapid rise to success has yielded the company several awards. In 2018 alone, the company was ranked No. 11 on the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 list, was named one of LinkedIn’s Top 25 Startups in Canada, placed 36th on the Canadian Business 2018 Startup 50 ranking of Canada’s Top New Growth Companies, and received a prestigious SaaS Award for Customer Success by San Diego-based APPEALIE.
