Targetprocess Recognized as a Visionary in Gartner Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Agile Planning Tools

Today, Targetprocess announced that it was recognized in Gartner’s April 2018 Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Agile Planning Tools as a Visionary. Gartner analysts evaluated 185 software products for this year’s agile planning tools report, and only two were identified as a Visionary. Eleven vendors were placed in the Magic Quadrant this year.

“We believe this recognition is a nod to Targetprocess’s dedication to all things agile,” Targetprocess’ project management research director, Rachel Burger, observes. “Targetprocess is a tool built to satisfy agile businesses at all levels. We feel it’s validating that Gartner has positioned Targetprocess in this year’s report.”

Sonya Hansen, Targetprocess’s VP of Marketing adds, “We believe our customer satisfaction ratings align with what users otherwise observe about Targetprocess.” 94% of the 538 verified separate reviews on GetApp, G2 Crowd, and Finances Online give Targetprocess a positive review. Well over half of those customers—65%—give Targetprocess a perfect score.

“Users come to Targetprocess because they’re attracted to an easy, visual approach to project management, desire incredible customer service, and want industry-leading agile software,” says Andrey Mihailenko, Targetprocess’s Cofounder, “I’m delighted that Gartner’s research has placed Targetprocess as a Visionary among enterprise agile vendors, and we will continue to release pioneering new features to attract and sustain forward-thinking clients like Boston Children’s Hospital, Marriott, and Sony VAIO.”

The four research directors responsible for the study were Keith James Mann, Thomas E, Murphy, Nathan Wilson, and Mike West.
