Ytel Tech Session Showcases The Future Of User Experience

Google, Evite, Buoyant, and Ytel Speak About How UX is Being Redefined

FOOTHILL RANCH, CA - 8 May, 2018 - Ytel, a leading provider of communications software for businesses through a programmable API and contact center software, hosted a tech session featuring speakers from Google, Evite, Buoyant, and Ytel to collectively provide perspective on how user experience (UX) is being redefined in software companies.

"We have been actively listening to the needs and challenges of both marketers and developers when it comes to user experience," said Tyler Holliday, Director of Marketing, Ytel. "We wanted to bring together industry experts in a focused setting to shed light on how companies are adapting to the needs and expectations of their customers in order to maximize lifetime value."

In partnership with the Internet Marketing Association, the event welcomed business professionals and UX experts for an evening of insight and discussion around the value of quality UX with real-world case studies, principles, and practical application of user-centered design.

Kevin Dunning, Vice President of Product of Ytel, shared his knowledge on the expanding and evolving role of UX. George Miranda, Buoyant's Head of Marketing, spoke about how microservices can increase productivity. Victor Cho, CEO of Evite, focused on how communications has helped Evite achieve double-digit growth. Juan Carlos Garcia of the Google Cloud Team demonstrated the future of UX using Google Cloud.
