SaaSOptics Posts Record Year With 90 Percent Growth In 2018, Announces New Executives

Atlanta-based Leader in B2B SaaS and Subscription Management Plans to Hire 30+ New Employees

SaaSOptics, the B2B subscription management market leader for emerging and growing SaaS and subscription businesses, today announced record-setting growth in 2018, setting the stage for accelerated growth in 2019 by adding SaaS veterans Rhett Lambert as Vice President of Sales and Chad Estes as Vice President of Customer Success. The substantial growth over the past year has also led SaaSOptics to announce plans to add 30+ new employees in 2019.

“We are very proud of the execution of our SaaSOptics team,” said Tim McCormick, SaaSOptics CEO. “2018 was another excellent year in every aspect of our business, and with the addition of Rhett and Chad, we have the seasoned leadership and proven track record of success to continue building out our sales and customer success teams to meet the strong customer demand for our platform."

In 2018, SaaSOptics grew company-wide, from revenues to new customers and new employees.

To support SaaSOptics’ 2019 growth, the team has welcomed executives Rhett Lambert and Chad Estes.

Rhett is the Vice President of Sales at SaaSOptics and has a 15+ year track record of achievement in defining and driving business development and strategic vision to position SaaS and high-tech businesses for growth and scale.

Prior to joining SaaSOptics, Rhett served as CRO for Shyft, a SaaS-based solution that is transforming the moving and corporate relocation industries, where he led the company to double-digit growth.

Chad Estes is a veteran of the SaaS industry with over 20 years of experience in delivering successful outcomes and forming strong B2B customer and partner relationships. He joins SaaSOptics as the Vice President of Customer Success and brings his extensive experience building and leading customer success and product management teams for growing SaaS companies across industries, including marketing, advertising, collaboration and supply chain management.

Most notably, Chad built the customer success team from scratch for Vitrue, a social media marketing product suite, which was acquired by Oracle in 2012 for over $300M.

In 2019, SaaSOptics’ growth plans include the addition of 30+ new employees to support growing customer demand. The new positions span sales, sales development, marketing, customer success and support, product management and development. For a list of current job postings, visit the SaaSOptics Careers site.
